To confirm your participation in The 8th APKOS, please register by the registration deadline.
Fee
◎ Doctors ￥10,000（Japanese Yen）
◎ Medical staff and students (non- doctors) ￥5,000（Japanese Yen）
| ・ | The registration Fee for participants includes admission to the Sessions, all printed program, lunch, banquet for all participants tickets. |
| ・ | Payment can only be made by credit card. |

Dejima Wharf Dinner
A banquet for all participants, “Dejima Wharf Dinner” is scheduled after the first day of the symposium.
